Our platform serves event planners, corporate organizers, and MICE agencies who need reliable information to book group dining experiences. Our platform helps them find the perfect restaurant match without the guesswork or middleman complications.
All bookings happen directly between the agents/planners and restaurants. We don’t take commissions. Restaurants pay a yearly listing fee to showcase their group dining capabilities to our targeted professional audience.
Our Story
GroupMenus.com was founded by a husband and wife team with over 20 years of experience in travel and hospitality. We’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be for event professionals to find accurate information about group dining options.
Julija brings 15+ years of destination management company (DMC) experience, plus additional years in hotel operations. She understands what event planners need and the challenges they face when organizing group meals.
Thomas founded and ran a successful DMC in The Baltic States 20 years ago after leaving a tech career. His tech background and industry experience revealed a clear problem: too often, event planners receive incomplete or outdated restaurant information, leading to embarrassing situations with high-value clients.
We started GroupMenus.com to put accurate, up-to-date restaurant information directly in the hands of event professionals. No more relying on gatekeepers or outdated recommendations. Just reliable data to help you make confident booking decisions.
