Bouillon Bruxelles is a Belgian brasserie in the heart of Brussels, recognised with 12 Gault & Millau points and three Good Food toques. The restaurant spans two floors with five distinct spaces that each have their own character, from intimate lounges to the full Grand Bouillon hall. All five can be privatised seven days a week, with AV equipment including projectors, sound systems, and wireless microphones in the larger rooms.

The menu leans into Belgian comfort cooking - think generous, well-executed brasserie classics built for sharing. The kitchen covers a broad range of dietary needs and offers dedicated group menus as well as a school group programme.
