Jack's Brasserie

Jack's Brasserie is a fine dining restaurant within Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa, directly opposite Bern Central Station. The restaurant has been in operation since 1911 and holds 14 Gault & Millau points. The dining room seats 80 in a classic European brasserie setting with wooden panelling, brass chandeliers, etched glass panels, and parquet floors.

The kitchen serves Swiss-French cuisine built on regional and seasonal ingredients. A wine list of over 500 selections is overseen by an in-house sommelier. The restaurant does not have a separate private dining room, but the full space seats 80 and can be reserved for group events.
