Neonato

Italian

Paris

Neonato is a contemporary Italian restaurant in the Marais, on rue Saint-Martin in the 3rd arrondissement. The project is the vision of Chef Fabrizio Rossi, who built the kitchen around lesser-known regional Italian dishes and ingredients sourced directly from Italy. The dining room features an open kitchen where guests can watch the team at work, and the atmosphere leans warm and convivial rather than formal. The restaurant has drawn recognition from Gault & Millau, Telerama, and Newtable since opening.

The menu pulls from multiple Italian regions - Amalfi Coast flavours alongside Tuscan influences - and changes with the seasons. A lunch menu runs alongside the main carte, with everything prepared in-house. Full privatisation of the restaurant is available for professional or private events, and groups of more than six are asked to book directly by email rather than through the standard OpenTable reservation system.
