Truffes Folies
Restaurant Info & Details
Truffes Folies
Truffes Folies is a specialty French restaurant in Paris’s 7th arrondissement built entirely around a single ingredient: the truffle. Founded in 2008 and located on rue Malar close to Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower, the concept combines a restaurant and an integrated fine food boutique, where guests can dine on truffle-focused dishes and also browse and purchase truffle products to take home. The interior is compact and intimate, with a hushed, sober atmosphere suited to professional dining.
The menu spans the full dining experience — starters, mains and desserts — with truffle incorporated throughout. Signature dishes include truffle egg cocotte, truffle tagliatelle, veal tartare with truffle parmesan cream, and truffle tiramisu. The kitchen works with seasonal truffle varieties including black Périgord truffle (Tuber melanosporum) in winter, white Alba truffle in autumn, and summer truffle (Tuber aestivum). Custom group menus are available, and the restaurant offers catering services for corporate events and private receptions in Paris and Île-de-France.
