Lore Bistroo 

Lore Bistroo is a modern bistro located in Port Noblessner’s historic shipyard building, which also houses the Kai Art Center. The venue features an industrial aesthetic with exposed steel girders, concrete pillars, and original hoists from the building’s past as part of an Imperial Russian submarine shipyard. A tiled fireplace and wicker chandeliers add warmth to the warehouse space.

The restaurant holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction and focuses on comfort food classics with contemporary updates. The menu includes sharing plates inspired by international cuisines alongside individual dishes. An open kitchen allows guests to observe meal preparation.
