Pampas Brussels

Pampas Rodizio brings the Brazilian churrascaria tradition to Sint-Katelijneplein in central Brussels. The concept is rooted in gaucho culture – meat slow-roasted over charcoal fires as a communal ritual – and the atmosphere carries that spirit: relaxed, sociable, and well-suited to groups. The all-you-can-eat format means no one goes hungry and no one feels rushed, which tends to work well for mixed corporate groups. The venue accommodates up to 120 guests.

Grilled meats – picanha, maminha, lamb, chicken, and scampi among them – are brought continuously to the table and carved tableside until guests are done. The offer extends well beyond meat: all-you-can-eat side dishes, a dedicated fish menu, and a full vegetarian menu ensure there is something for everyone in the group, regardless of preference. All menus are fixed-price, keeping per-head budgeting straightforward for event planners.

Pampas Rodizio is a meat-focused concept. While a vegetarian menu is available, vegan guests are unlikely to be well-catered for – worth flagging to groups before booking.
